2. High temperature caused by high pressure overflow of the system
A long time of high pressure overflow will produce high temperature, which will convert hydraulic energy into heat energy. If the constant pressure variable pump is used, the pressure set by the constant pressure valve shall be lower than that set by the overflow valve. The overflow valve acts as a safety valve and does not allow the overflow valve to overflow under high pressure.
3. High temperature caused by high pressure throttling of the system
Throttling is a common method in hydraulic system, but high-pressure throttling will produce high temperature, especially high-pressure throttling with large flow. Therefore, it is not allowed to close the throttling port at will. More attention should be paid to the operation of adjustable throttling valve. 4. In the normal operation of large-scale machinery, there are often higher temperature situations. In fact, if the temperature is too high, it will bring certain security risks to the hydraulic system. So how to maintain the hydraulic system at high temperature?
1. Change the hydraulic oil regularly. The hydraulic system is used under high temperature and high dust. With the increase of time, the hydraulic oil ash gradually ages and deteriorates. It is necessary to change the hydraulic oil regularly for directional leakage.
2. Replace the seals regularly. The oil system works in a high temperature environment for a long time. The seals are easy to age. The aged seals should be updated in time.
3. Since all the actuators of the system are electrified, the insulation between them and the pump station depends on the insulated flange pipe joint. The original design is to use asbestos board. Although the asbestos board plays the role of insulation, its strength is not enough and it is not oil-resistant. It is easy to burst and cause leakage and fire.
4. As far as possible, the seal of the hydraulic cylinder with short distance and large cylinder shall be the seal groove and seal with a size larger than the theoretical design.
5. Strengthen the management of hydraulic system. Specially assigned person shall be assigned to regularly inspect all pipe joints of the hydraulic system, and the sealing parts shall be replaced in time for the two joint surfaces that have been found to have leakage, so as to prevent accidents.
